At Sterling Home, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a piece doesn't perfectly complement your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding and documentation to ensure they remain secure during transit.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture pieces.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
